MEET DR. CLAY
LaSonya Clay, a servant of Jesus Christ, is a licensed and ordained minister. She is committed to fulfilling the call of God in her life and inspiring others to do the same. LaSonya developed LSC Coaching and Consulting, LLC to help leaders navigate the ever-changing and rapid developments in organizational life, demands of ministry, handling adversity, setbacks, staying on track, going deeper spiritually, or just trying to figure out the next step.
LaSonya, a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the Academy of Creative Coaching, wants to partner with you through a Christian coach approach. She provides professional support and valuable insight to help you navigate and conquer the demands and challenges of ministry, work, everyday life responsibilities, and your unique calling.
LaSonya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and Theology from Southeastern Bible College, a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Beeson's Divinity School at Samford University, a Master of Art in Social Work from Samford University, and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Southeastern University.
